You know that you "just
don't feel right", but you can't put your finger on why...
When the pain is from less
obvious sources, such as your parents not listening to or valuing you,
it can be difficult to identify and heal. Repeated "minor" incidents
like these, however can be just as damaging to your psyche, because they
add up, like water dripping on a rock, to gradually erode your sense of
self.
Even if consciously you decide
that "they did the best they could", the pain remains, because these
memories, too, are stored in your subconscious.
Traditional talk therapy can take
months or years before you access the source of your pain, if you ever
can. Hypnotherapy, though, easily reaches the source of the pain, and
thus will heal the cause as well as the symptoms.
