Structured on the four rounds of a Native American sweat lodge ceremony, each round of the Drum Ceremony begins by giving voice to your intentions, prayers or desires around four themes -

As you voice your intentions, you'll feel heard and supported by others in the circle.  As you hear their intentions, you'll realize that no one is alone; we all have similar doubts, fears, and desires.

When each round is completed, Ken will give us an opening beat or rhythm, and you'll join with everyone in the circle, using your choice of the wide variety of drums, rattles, tambourines, etc., provided to organically create a rhythm that gives power to the intentions and carries them to Source.

As you do so, essential oils will be used to further raise your vibrations and balance your body, mind and spirit.

All experience levels, beginners and the simply curious are welcome.
